It’s time to reconnect. We are so excited to bring you another Restorative Yoga class!
When we are able to reconnect to ourselves, it allows us to relax and release built-up tension.
Restorative yoga is another way to recharge yourself. Restorative yoga is a slow deliberate practice with only a few poses that are held for longer periods of time. This is an amazing way to clear your mind and slow down. Yes, it can be challenging for anyone with a busy mind (one that is always jumping from one thought to the next), but things that are challenging can make us stronger. Challenging yourself and slowing down may be just what you need.
Sign up for this class before it fills up and enjoy a little ‘you’ time. Dress in comfortable layers. We encourage you to bring a blanket, bolster and block(s). We will also have props available.
Following class, we invite you to stay and enjoy a complimentary glass of wine and enjoy yourself.
