As we enter into the long days of summer, come join us to salute the sun and energize our souls. Let's revamp our routine and get outdoors!! (Weather permitting, we do live in the beautiful PNW) In following yoga traditions it is custom to perform 108 sun salutations; the distance between the sun and the earth is roughly 108 times the sun's diameter.
