Clark County Goat Association will be hosting a cheese making class at Windy Hills from 10:30am to 1:30pm. Cheese expert and judge Dale Groff will lead a demonstration on how to make Gouda and Brie. There will be recipes and cheese taste testing and one complimentary glass of wine is included. ***SOLD OUT***
